• Hours: 08:00am - 05:00pm (central standard time)

• $85.00 per hour (within 40 Mile radius)

• Hours calculated from actual time onsite.

• Outside 40 Mile radius - $25.00 Fuel Sub-Charge

• $55.00 per hour

• Hours calculated from actual programming time for desktop business solutions or websites.

• Other costs may occur, like third party software products, web hosting fees or domain names etc...

• 1st 30 days is FREE * ProServe II

• 1st 30 days is FREE * ProServe II Plus

• 1st 120 days is FREE * ProFrame I

• Reporting Error's or Problem's with any of our software products is FREE

• $65.00 per month

• Limited Occurrences - 10 per month

• $10.00 per occurrence over the allowed 10 per month

• (Billed, If Activity during that month)

• $650.00 per year

• Limited Occurrences - 20 per month

• $10.00 per occurrence over the allowed 20 per month

• Not subject to Activity

• That's 12 months for the price of 10. (savings of $130.00)

• Unlimited Occurrences

• Not subject to Activity

• $65.00 per month with a limit of 10 Occurrences per month

• This only involves updating databases and minor webpage changes.

• (this does not include major webpage or code modifications)

• Please give us a call to discuss your unique website needs.

• If you make One phone call during any month, your billed $65.00 for that month.

• If you make Nine phone calls during any month, your billed $65.00 for that month.

• If you make Six phone calls and Four emails during any month, your billed $65.00 for that month.

• If you make more than Ten phone calls or emails combine during any month, your billed $65.00 Plus $10.00 per occurrence over Ten for that month.

• If you Do Not call or email us during any month, then you do not get billed for that month.

• This doesn't apply to the Annual Support options.

• All rates listed on this document are subject to change without notice.

• Although, all rates quoted to you at the time of contract will be honored.

• No service work or support is performed until you agree with the rates given at that time.

• In other words, we're not going to change rates during a contracted project.
