Anyone can login under the general Login ID anyone.
But to download unique files requires a Login ID & Password!
If you have not been given a unique Login ID then use anyone.
You must have your Cookies enabled to use this support system.

Purpose Statement:

To create a protected place where our customers can download updates, patches and general files that are unique to each customer and the software they may be running.

At one time it was very convenient to send patches and updates as e-mail attachments! But because these files are and need to be EXE files for installation purposes. It is no longer useful because most e-mail services do not allow this type of file to be delivered.
